Hi-Pro soy flour is a solid, roasted and desolventized product, resulting from the industrial extraction of oil from dehulled soybean beans, suitable for the preparation of balanced foods. Its grain size is regulated by grinding.

It is obtained by extracting the oil present in the soybean bean, which is then deactivated (thus eliminating antinutritional factors such as trypsin inhibitors) and is finished with grinding. As a result, you get a protein-rich material whose color is caramel brown.

Due to its production process, it is 100% of plant origin, as it lacks additives and preservatives.
